John Allen, Controller
Mr. Allen joined CyberTrails as Controller in November 2007 with close to 20 years of financial management experience in a variety of industries, including technology and financial services. Mr. Allen’s background includes extensive financial planning and reporting, financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting, and controller functions.
Prior to joining CyberTrails, he served as Financial Manager for the Phoenix Group of Acxiom Corporation, a provider of data and data processing services. He also previously served as a Credit Analyst for Spirit Finance Corporation in Scottsdale, AZ, and Business Financial Manager at Lucent Technologies’ ClientCare Business Unit in Phoenix.
Mr. Allen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Northern Arizona University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Mark Donahoo, Director of Data Center Operations
Mr. Donahoo’s brings a wealth of experience in customer relations, procurement, configuration, training, support, project management and the setup of enterprise technology systems and services to the role of Director of Data Center Operations at CyberTrails.
He previously served as Chief Technical Architect at the Arizona Department of Health Services where he was responsible for production and quality assurance of all applications and operating systems, the management of data center resources and Disaster Recovery processes procedures and exercises.
Mr. Donahoo also served as Manager of Infrastructure Support and Services for Apollo Group in Phoenix. In addition to duties as VMWare Administrator (Data Center to Resource Pool ) including virtual machine (VM) deployments, he was responsible for data center resource allocation and capacity planning, server consolidations (via HP Blade technology), break-fix, procurement, demo-evaluations, assembly, moves and relocations, server landings, cable management and IP/DNS allocation. In this role, he was a trusted advisor to clients in evaluating and recommending next-generation systems. He also served on advisory committees for AMD, Intel and HP.
Prior to the Apollo Group, Mr. Donahoo held server, network and customer engineer positions at Siemens Business Services and Entex. He holds certifications as a Microsoft Windows 2000 Professional, Project Manager State Certification through the Interface Technical Institute and the IBM PC Institute, NT Administration certification through the University of Washington, and core certification from CompTIA.
